Looks like he is a property developer, as yet have been able to find nothing linking him to the company other than a significant investment and that youtube clip but I'm sure, given the circumstances there will be more digging. As others have mentioned he was offloading well before the news started so may have just taken the opportunity to use the liquidity

Then shouldn't the recent sales be listed as that entity? Why would it be sold as both PTY LTD and PTE LTD? They are two separate shareholders. Something not right !
