Have always remained cautiously pessimistic regarding PE, thinking a loss-triggered-sell-off might be a great time to accumulate. But with the other ducks now in a row and decision imminent, seems worth a gamble at 4.2c (IMO). However keeping 1/2 for a PE loss and the expected dip into the 3c range.
