It would be very very hard to get bank finance, many juniors have gone to cap raisings at already deflated prices because debt is just not forthcoming in this environment. I think Harry's options are the viable ones. I think the low price of EXM, and many other specs is a reflection of uncertainty as a result of the credit conditions. Ah well, EXM is definite bottom drawer stock for those holding from higher prices, especially when impressive JORCs don't even shift the sp.
