    The reason management delayed this offer are entirely honourable imo.
    That being said, i was somewhat surprised when they reinstated the SPP. They could have equally said, "Nah". Then they would be open to the accusation that they treated retail investors with contempt by not giving them an opportunity under similar terms to the instos. Can't please everyone!!

    By the time I stumped up my 15k, I was pretty confident of a very low risk investment.
