The critical point here is - "why can't the company consider the ongoing management requirements prior to the upcoming EGM vote on the proposal?"
It makes no sense.... the outcome is binary - Yes or No vote...
There is no reason management cannot have a plan in place for either scenario... It's a stupid statement that hasn't been very well thought through...
