All of those things are great - but none are new news from a week ago (SP closed at $10.85). This has been a significant move in price, with a spike in volume (at least from the rest of January - albeit that is not a great guide).
If this is just the fund managers adjusting their numbers then I'l be surprised.
It's good to see this swiftly moving towards fair value - but I also think there is something big cooking.
