    Enjoy nature - spend the day at a zoo or go for a walk in the bush.

    Stay away from false thrills like the pokies - and maybe stay out of the stockmarket for a while.

    Have you ever tried hypnosis? Instead of the pokies go and get a massage.

    Spend the day in the libary...

    Keep everything simple...if you can.
