Yes it is only a guess on my part that the tech people have finished their work and handed it over. Deidre was correct last time about the hand-over that wasn't. Yes that was a couple of months ago so I am sticking to my assumption that a hand-over has now occurred. I based my assumption on the statement from the company about the "project killers" being corrected as stated on the Q&A Forum. That statement was also a long time ago. Since there has to be a lot of pressure from Philip not only to get it right but also to finish the in-house work I will stick by my assumption that it is now in outside hands. My queries to Dave on this matter have given me the same sort of reply that everyone is getting about anything to do with the IHRP. Every thing is very hush-hush and "The poor ole tar baby he say nuttin'."
