gold spiked and futures are falling. that will put floor and also RRL sells most of their production at spot. Only 10k Oz are sold at that poor hedge price - per Qtr that is.
The fact that RRL are running at capacity with their plants means they will need to upgrade or build another plant in an event they discover large deposit - if they want to grow production that is.
Also, cost will go up a bit due to entering harder rock areas as they go deeper underground.
