I can't see why it wouldn't be March. Market Cap is where it needs to be and volume too. The only other criteria is liquidity, i.e. how much stock locked up an unavailable to trade (insiders, CEO) etc.
Also it's possible for it to happen even sooner than that in the case of an existing ASX200 constituent being aquired or delisting for any other reason, they'll fill the vacant space immediately.
MP1 was the last stock I followed into the ASX200 in December 2019.
Exactly what reasons do you think that MSB couldn't be in the ASX200 by March TTE?
