It will not be C Notes but a mixture of debt and some equity at the project level.
If you had been following SFG for any length of time you would understand that the Qld operations carry many overheads and R&D costs for PSD which, if separated out, would make a big difference.
There is no value to SFG in spending lots of time to analyse these costs especially since many of the staff work on both...
