So FAR informed the market on the 22rd, you would assume that FAR received that notice at least the 21st
and maybe the even the 20th. If the text (award) was to be sent to the parties you would expect that to be done Electronically, the time frame stated above is more than enough time to receive it and Ann to the market but yet we wait

The next question is why notify FAR they are going to receive the award over sending them the award? That’s like sending you mail to say I am going to send you mail (or email) does not make sense unless it was a notice of a hearing? I have no idea but am bored and making stuff up ie reading between the lines and CN body language
