Put it this way, NXS is in a better position than it has ever been before (financally) but is only 20 cent above the 12 month low and 70 cents below the year high of only months ago .
Most brokers love it, recommend it, and frequently review it, but it falls on brilliant news that values only one of its projects at almost the market cap of the entire company .
