My guess is in-between 225 and 250 which I think is reasonable , I dont think you can just look at NAV as what they get is a nice operating business + assets , the value of the operating business is worth all the premium , look where the US and UK storage companies trade and that is going to allow a healthy premium or a bidding war will ensue ...
