10 years? Is that how long you keep your car for?
Some keep their vehicle till it falls apart (my old scoot, a Kawa VN900 is 12 years old because I love it) others upgrade every year or so.
B2B Businesses go through scooters fairly quickly. Tech will change and new scoots will hold a longer charge and be quicker to recharge. Its a great market to supply.
