You are free to disagree. I did not say "Everything" nor did I mean or imply it. There are always going to be proprietary details in any dealings that ordinary shareholders are not going to be privy to. It's just a fact and I am not saying I agree with this. I referred to "Material" disclosure in terms of whether the company is solvent. This is relevent in terms of pricing risk nd the current share price and I believe addressed Jenny123's comment. I, of course am also not referring to whether any shareholders, institutions directors or what have you, have any other agenda.

In addition, I am not au fait with the GSA/CER issue to which you are referring. Care to sum it up in a few lines.
