The owner of the asset might contribute that asset in return for shares

The owner might contribute that asset in return for some other benefit, such as exclusive licence in a lucrative territory or any other benefit that might be appealing to them and SUDA

Trade of that asset for access to some other part of SUDA's business

Debt - in several forms

A specific investor might provide the cash for the specific asset and be issued shares (a form of cap raise granted, but targeted - would probably require approval)

Combinations of the above are many

They have said there will be a cap raise but it could happen after the acquisition of a significant new asset - not necessarily before
