Well there was a trust called"Gallileo Shopping America" (GSA) which was run by some small outfit called Gallileo , they still have another, GJT, you can look at it.

For most of its life GSA was actually trading as GSACA because the units were partly paid.

Anyway between 1 and 2 years ago GSA did a merger with CER. CER bought GSA's american shops. Thats how I became a unitholder in CER again after having owned some between about 2003 and 2005 and then sold out.

If I had been paying more attention I could have dumped the CER as soon as the deal was done, it was a dud deal.
