'Letter of Intent with BASF'
Because: "The primary difference between the two is that a letter of intent is not binding, whereas a memorandum of understanding is considered binding and carries weight in a court of law"
Also, how much product do you expect LPD to produce this year without a plant? Quite misleading your statement, some would say. A LOI to take product that wont exist?
