Surely that raid on Regal in Nov last year must be the result of months of surveillance work and reasonable suspicion before barging in with the AFP

If ASIC suspects document demands will be met with stonewalling/shredding they're not going to do the standard demand letter with thank yous and pretty pleases.

They specialize in Fin Services so i'd say they're a reasonable source. Not explicity related to ISX but more about how ASIC operates.
