I think if you go back through the announcements you will find the answers there, the samples analysed is not an issue it was addressed, from what I can gather it was to do mainly with the financials, that is a sticking point with the ASX and holders, before they were to get the independent review they needed other things passed by the ASX, there is another sticking point, overall it has been poorly managed by JB, I am sure IMHO WFE will have learnt from his wayward ways and the next management will be very aware of the requirements, as I said IMHO losing the cobalt is not the end of the world it just felt that way when announced, the next few announcements should put a lot of concerned holders at ease, IMHO
