'Fundamentally', the use of the term ' been progressed' can be a gross misrepresentation. It is the proverbial how far that matters. The term 'being progressed' may have been a better choice because it correctly portrays present tense (some work to do and some work done) whereas 'been' is past tense suggesting it is finished when it clearly isn't. The some work done in either 'been' or 'being' is still key. In both cases the application of thought qualifies and that is as much as has been reported or demonstrated.

Sadly, the term 'milked' used by Dundalli seems much harder to dismiss.
