what makes you think the SP will drop if the T/O doesn't go ahead? I would have thought ASL's will drop (down 25% today) and MAH will remain steady or rise.
market usually factors in a degree of uncertainty with takeovers so once that uncertainty is gone it's back to business...
though MAH has already had a great couple of months with its SP.
