Google Cue energy takeover for the ins and outs.
NZOG accued a percentage in cue energy,not
sure on amount on market.They then announced an off market acqasition from the top share holder for an undisclosed sum and then made their move.
A NZOG director also aquired a stake in Cue on market through a company he owned and then sold it on to NZOG for an undisclosed sum off market,NZOG then made a mop up move on market for a controlling interest.
