It is true that the banks hold the key but there is a very good show that they will refinance 1/ Commonwealth bank owns 7%. 2/ The lower the aussie dollar goes the better it is for centro. 3/ Earnings are greater and financeing less. 4/ A lot of high profile retail outlets ensuring continued strong cash flow. 5/ Commercial assets are well run. 6/ A lot of Blue chip properties. 7/Commercial leasess run way past december. 8/ Centro is meeting financial loan obligations . 9/ Due dilligence has already been done in regards to existing extensions . 10/ Some parts of the centro group of companies have already payed a dividend . So i would say forget 16 its more like 19-20 regards I.M.H.O.
