    Sorry, but you guys have no idea....

    They effectively only sold 1/4 of this project. They have moved from owning 100% of the project to holding approx 75% of a holding company that has the project plus $10M in cash.

    It means that PEM now have the drilling funded and the having the asset valued seperatly on market...

    All good.... market got this wrong IMHO.
