Ann: Director Appointment, page-15

I knew him when he was doing his PhD and since has made a career out of publishing in the field of immunology to finally wind up with a chair at Griffith Uni (a safe position for lead up to retirement). Regardless of practical input, he is well credentialed for the position of Director and would have been appointed mainly for that reason (and probably is already connected with someone in the company). Yes, another mouth in the trough but these companies need board members of standing in order to inspire confidence in share holders (although I am not inspired). It also compliments his CV.
