Volt I feel what your saying,

I think a lot of people expect immediate rewards, to come into an arena (the market) with little experience and profit straight away. The way I look at it doctors, plumbers, restaurateurs, lawyers and basically every craft under the sun need to pay their dues before profiting.. trading should not be considered any different. The first few years definitely should be considered learning years and you are lucky to hold onto your $$ let alone make any... I have learnt some hard lessons and try to remember them every trade, its hard to keep the discipline though (keep my stops in dammit!) :P

I think persistence and patience is the key, I imagine a lot of people leaving after they experience a bear market for the first time.

Its only a matter of time before your persistence and experience pays off Volt... (not that it hasnt already.. for all I know your posting from a yacht just in view of your villa off the coast of France :D) greatly appreciate your posts,
