The SP is massively manipulated since one year now.
Procedure is always the same.
Offer some shares below SP.
Someone will buy them and SP is down.
It's obvious who is doing this.
So the only thing our BOD is to blame for is to allow this.
This happens when you negociate with China exclusively.
This a bagger from here.
But not as much as it deserves.
