"FACT - Your hous is only worth what somone is willing to pay."

    Who is selling, not me....

"FACT - Somone can only pay what they are able to borrow."

Really? Glad you told me that, I would never have known.

"FACT - If house prices go any higher, repayments will be higher than Net Salary"

I suppose you are basing that statement on house prices way above the Perth Median. I have heard all the houses of $1m plus...rolol what a load of crock that is. Also depends on what you do and where you live as well I suppose. Definately not a problem I am experiencing in WA, nor any of my friends or my rentals. FYI in Perth engineers just experienced a significant rise in salaries, as have most people on projects and design work. My son and daughter in their respective roles, unrelated to what I do, have also had a nice rise. It seems you may be missing out, sorry about that.

"who will you sell your house too?"

Not selling, just renting to the ones who aren't buying. Come back in about 10 years and I may be able to assist you. Though at a much higher price after my tenants have helped me pay it off :)
