for the 1st 12 months Danny owns NO shares. how much control has he got

"Devil's advocate, let's say the OBJ tech was siphoned out (NS certainly doesn't need it), the capital raising did introduce some Danny-friendly investors, what would be the incentive for OBJ share price to exceed 24c over 3 years? None as far as now key director Danny is concerned. Even the new company name Wellfully fits in perfectly for NS. Does it explain the scant reference to Reduit and hairpods?"


how is the credit raising going to introduce some "Danny-friendly investors". Danny isn't organising the cr. he is the seller. Steve and Tony and Jeff are controlling the buying and I presume co-ordinating any investors. what control has Danny' got in this. And guess what they got Paul to join OBJ. and then they have helped Paul create Reduit, so what do they care about if "NS certainly doesn't need it"

come on debate the cons of the acquisition but don't just lie and make stuff up!!!
