Personally I think its a bit rich to blame everyone else (ASX ASIC and whoever else).

The problem is that somebody can say that they were disclosing everything. Only when everything hits the fan will people realise that this was not in fact being done.

Nothing that the ASX could have done would have changed this.

BTW I think I can hear a fat lady warming up her vocal chords.
