of course it is. im just saying that when i come to my decision of what to do before i depart for japan, im anticipating the SP to be the same as what it will cost me to convert.I'll end up with same amount of shares. so may as well convert. or buy on market and have a tax loss. but i have tax losses already anyway. This is MY situation. doesnt apply to everyone.
