Resolution 2 is the only NO for me.
We have been diluted over and over and now they are asking we be diluted unreasonably to appease a major shareholder who have already made a solid return on the loaned capital.
if SIO want to further align their interests they should take the money they receive from the repayment and buy more shares on market.
All yes but resolution 2 is a no.
