You are right, money is essential, but I think here the key is that the early adopters are 'minutes' away from uptake. Sure, they will likely get some level of initial discount to take on the first stage, but the cash flow will be a long revenue stream for TTT. Remember also, the last CR was done very well, and knowing how this team works, and their own level of commitment into the business provides a decent level of reliability in their capital raising if required. No doubt the telling point is nearing.
