When there is a building boom - what happens kiddies is that the ones building rent, you see they have to live somewhere, then what happens kiddies is that all these houses come up for completion at once, and then children they move to their new homes and there is a surplus for a little while, and then all those virtuous , wholesome folk from all over the world who like to work, don't whinge and have money come here and buy up and suddenly we will have a shortage again - here endeth another lesson!
