Agree. Rule of Brokerage are simple. If company involve them in CR, they upgrade it and if companies does not, brokers down grade the stock (missing on massive commission has its comes with hefty penalty)Agree.

Why change of heart ? Because Macquarie were involved in last CR ( & commission) but missed out on current CR hence down graded it to $1.20/Share
