Milsha 7, Abdi 7 are talking like this is all happening in 3rd world country..simple answer is you cannot make BSI stupid thinking that they will approve class III Medical Device without resolving any outstanding device safety issues and BSI can not fast track any class III medical device applications.. just period.. sorry we live in western countries where certain regulatory process has to be cleared before doing business..
