If it happens fantastic. There are a lot of large foreign institutions in Australia in that space, think KKR, Neuberger, Players Group and locally Metrics.
Victory has not delivered to shareholders. It has not brought in $10m per year per the announcement at acquisition. The price of $95m was a big number and it looks like PAC overpaid. This an example of poorly deployed capital
