There is nothing we can do but wait.Just for interest I went through a major court case last year with a company that saw the end result being worth millions to them.Unfortunately greed blinded the true facts and after a year of endless worry we won the court case with a slam dunk.I am sure CHM are convinced they have a claim and it there right to go to court,barristers of course will find grounds.In my case the court case if not so serious was a comedy with each point the opposition put forward being totally discredited.So I dont know all the facts but often people go to court blinded by the potential returns without do all the due dilligence.At the end of the day from what I see even if CHM won they would not break MMX we just had another $135m added to our bank account,we are mining,have income,progressing to stage 2 and the infrastructure itself will be an excellent business.Not to mention the fact that Sino will want us.
This case is all CHM has cant see in this climate they will ever be able to prove up any resource they have let alone get to mine and income stage.
CHM also have to deal with a lawsuit from their former director and major shareholder where is the cash going to come from for that.
No disrespect to CHM holders but this will be a tough call to win against MMX with all the might they have behind them.We have Harbinger and Mitsubishi and I cant see them laying down they will protect their investment and sadly they will break CHM with an extended court case.
