Problem just like in China even if disease spreads there you won't hear about it till it way too late for them cause governments think its weak to ask or allow anyone to know they are in trouble until its way too late. Case in point China who been downplaying it all this time until its a national emergency now with emergency meetings. Seriously its the people I feel bad for, BTW this applies to ALL governments not just China etc. By the sounds of it this is way worse than has been let on.
