Recommend you DYOR on “how the arbitration process works” I certainly have. No need to substantiate my statements just for your benefit. Do the hard yards yourself get yourself up the curve before you offer half baked opinions Of what others post.
My post is stated as a “fair assumption only” not a statement of fact.We have a cone of silence surrounding this issue, so it is baked up by what little we know and what is typical PE protocol.
Guess when you haven’t got anything to contribute yourself all you are left with is to bag others.
Just think others are hell bent on making life as difficult as possible for FAR and I try to make sense of that motivation
Not much longer now and everyone will be up the curve.
