Is there anywhere that says far didn't have a backer to buy the 35% or they didn't have plan B?
I honestly don't think it will have anything to do with it if they could or couldn't afford to buy it the whole case is about them all the information needed to see if it was worth while buying
please correct me if I'm wrong and I really hope they do put down their reasoning for whatever they chose as they outcome
