Hi David - nice to hear from you again and to read some sensible. researched information. I respect your opinions so was wondering if you have given any consideration to resolution no. 2 - Approval to Issue Shares to SIO Partners. I have no problems supporting the other resolutions including the share consolidation and the options issues but am grappling with the reasons for the handout to SIO particularly when the independent expert's opinion is "that it is not fair and reasonable to non-associated shareholders". The BOD appear to have dismissed out of hand the other options to redeem the debt and are keen to reward SIO, as I would see it, at the expense of the non-associated shareholders. Do you have any thoughts?
