The Japanese will pay a premium for the potential cashflows for Crux and ACP41. Solid cashflows from the middle of 2011 for Crux, cashflows from ACP41 some time between 2013-15. The cash from Longtom and Crux will be able to fund the FLNG out of ACP41 which will most likely start production by 2013-15.
The current share price is not a true indication of the value that Nexus will be between 2011-15 when the major cashflows will start from Crux and ACP41, and possibly from Echuca Shoals(condensate and FLNG). When the true value of Nexus is apparent the credit crisis will already be over.
