What do we read into this?
It appears as though the injunction has forced NST to change their aggressive course and allow RND/TBR to have their stockpiled ore properly dealt with. It took going to court to achieve this.
This writ will still have further to travel, hopefully NST smarten-up and equitably treat their junior partners at EKJV. RND/TBR will just want a 'fair and sensible' outcome.
