Please ignore the previous incomplete response.On what basis are you stating that a capital raise is imminent? The following is the cash position as at 30 September 2019:
Cash at hand US$ 35.4M
Grunenthal cash recd early Oct US$ 15.0M
Capital raise on 3/10 US$ 50.0M
Loan facility available US$ 35.0M
Total US$ 124.5M
Estimated cash outflow Dec Qtr US$ 22.0M
This leaves just over US$ 100M available cash.
The above excludes another estimated US$1.9M Temcell royalties for December Qtr and any other milestone payments from Tasly or Grunenthal.
I cannot see an imminent capital raise, perhaps you can enlighten me.
