PPS completed 12 injection course, page-55

Perhaps I can chime in as I had a course of iPPS a few months ago? Yes, there is a slight crepitus, but not nearly as marked as it was pre-iPPS. It's no worse than the crepitus in my other knee, and no different to how I remember it being 30 odd years ago (I'm 57 now)

Frankly it's a minor thing compared to the fact that I have to all intents and purposes, no pain, vastly improved mobility (no limp!). I am still aware of the fact that it's bone on bone in the medial compartment, but it's just that - 'aware' rather than in agony.
