Dear Michael,
Companies prior aim should be to maximize the benefits for shareholders.
The shareholders ,unlike the directors have for so long been negatively compensated for holding Horizon oil shares.
It is time at the next annual meeting to declare a dividend of say half a cent (4% franked ) which would at least energize the share price and give some hope for shareholders.
For approximately 1,320,000000 shares this dividend would be close to 6.6 million only.
