Hey buffett, yes thanxs for pointing that out but im well aware of what the firm needs to offer.i.e. fully cashed up to t/o short term debt obligations.
But keep in mind that the majority of holders here don't have voting rights so i guess we leave that upto the stakeholders in consultation with banks to decide Centro options.
But the point i'm trying to make is there has to be some value for shareholders given the current share price "Misery".
So to conclude i strongly believe shareholders are better off holding their shares than selling at these insane levels.
And for others who debate about the 90cent offer months ago.The bids might be "old" and even 50cents it doesn't matter.. But The point is somone out there is willing to give you something for your shares thus probably taking on short term debt obligations at the same time.The current share price makes it more attractive for overseas investors also given that the aus dollar has dropped.
